All three steps are required.

Each consultation may be:

  • Used by the winner; OR

  • Transferred one time to another person.

Once transferred, it cannot be transferred again.

Consultations do not guarantee legal representation or any particular outcome and remain subject to the applicable law firm's standard requirements and conflict checks.

Each newly announced winner receives a 1-hour priority window to select an available prize.

If the winner does not select within that hour:

  • They remain a winner.

  • Their exclusive priority ends.

  • Available prizes become first come, first served among previously announced winners who have not selected.

If multiple winners request the same prize, the first qualifying selection message received by BCS Fiestas Patrias receives that prize.

Confirmed selections are final unless otherwise approved.

BCS Fiestas Patrias may disqualify entries involving:

  • Fake or duplicate accounts;

  • False information;

  • Unverified or falsely claimed bonus entries;

  • Automated entries;

  • Attempts to exceed the 4-entry limit;

  • Giveaway manipulation; or

  • Failure to complete required entry steps.

BCS Fiestas Patrias may verify eligibility before confirming a winner.
